I am newpie to 1sheeld so i tried the simple example of facebook sheild .. and i logged in using the app on the mobile .. and i logged in from my laptop to make the privacy of this app public but it always gives me an error (#2oo) the user hasn’t authorized the application to perform this action ( help me asap please 🙂 )

Try to clear data from application 1Sheeld and try to log in again .. to clear the data go to Settings >> application manager >> 1Sheeld then clear the data and the cache, force close and then open 1Sheeld again and try to login .July 11, 2015 at 10:50 PM #8846
am sad to tell you that i tried this way even before you tell me to .. and also i uninstalled the app and re installed it also i tried the same sheeld on a another mobile and i’ve tried other new sheeld .. but still the same and i think that’s the problem is in the api on connecting on facebook as it shows up that the application is not able to post on facebook “check the attachment” and i hope you could help me as am working on smth really important and i need to use this shield 🙂 thank you in advance

No worries we will do our best to let you work with your facebook account over 1Sheeld 😉 but we need to debug this issue first , Have you tried to log in using another facebook account rather than yours on 1Sheeld application to totally make sure that the problem is from 1Sheeld application and not from some security issues of Facebook ?July 11, 2015 at 11:09 PM #8849

@ahmed Emam , hi 😀 did you try any application on your smartphone that needs facebook authorization?
I mean, this way you can know whether the problem is with the 1sheeld application, with the facebook account settings or with the smartphone settings “for any reason”November 3, 2016 at 12:31 PM #18655johnbravoParticipant
